Pastor Ryan Snider
Ryan Snider, though a native of Savannah, Georgia, has been living in the mountains of Western North Carolina for a number of years. A graduate of LaGrange College in Georgia with a degree in religion and philosophy he has also earned a master’s degree in divinity from Duke University. Ryan is a life-long Methodist and comes from a long line of ministers: his grandfather, his father, his brother, and his sister-in-law. His wife, Danielle, is a family nurse practitioner, and they have one daughter, Eden, and one little boy due on Christmas. Ryan’s favorite part of ministry is writing and teaching.
Lindsey Farmer, Office Manager
Lindsey Farmer began working for Oak Hill United Methodist Church in 2018. She handles the bookkeeping, office management and administration. She works closely with Oak Hill UMC’s leadership, outreach ministries and congregation to uphold the mission statement and vision for this forward-thinking faith-based organization. Lindsey studied graphic design and business administration at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. Lindsey and husband Luke are both natives of Western North Carolina; both graduated from Enka High School. In their private life they enjoy working outside, gardening, playing video games, long film discussions, and loving their fur-babies.
